Powder SLS

Powder SLS with stabilised and compacted powder bed for components with high precision and strength and high throughput. Precise control over microstructures by use of ultra-fine powders and energy-efficient high compaction methods, resulting in minimal porosity and excellent fusion/ sintering quality for engineering plastics, metals, ceramics and composites produced in-situ to exact net-shape dimensions and with negligible residual distortions. Applications to precision manufacturing, defense, and aerospace.

Multi-corrugated topologically optimised thermoplastic cores for curved and variable thickness sandwich shells. Applications to UAV airframes, lightweight platforms, space satellites.
